JL4 About This Site: Who Writes It and What It Reads
If you are wondering who stands behind these pages, the answer is short. This site is an independent player guide to JL4, written by the JL4 Team, and it is not the JL4 operator. It does not run the lobby, hold your account, take deposits or pay out winnings.
What this site is, and what it is not
You are reading a reference site. Its pages explain how the JL4 lobby is laid out, how game figures are published and what to check before you play. For the full picture of the lobby, start with the JL4 casino overview.
The site is not the lobby. The lobby is reached from jl4.com, and nothing on these pages is a login, a cashier or a game. When a page describes a screen, it describes what the lobby showed to a visitor who was not signed in.
What this site read
Every claim about the lobby rests on one reading. The lobby was read before login on 25 September 2026, and what it shows to a signed-out visitor is all this site reports. Anything behind an account, such as the cashier, is never described, and pages tell you to read those screens yourself.
For regulation, the site read PAGCOR’s own pages on 29 September 2026 and 1 October 2026. The statute texts of Presidential Decree No. 449 and Executive Order No. 9 of 2022 were read on 1 October 2026.
Game figures come from the studios’ own pages, and where a studio publishes no figure, the page says so.
What this site did not do
No account was opened at JL4 for these pages. That is why no page quotes a deposit minimum, a fee, a processing time or a verification step, and why the pages that touch those topics point you to the lobby’s cashier screen and its 24CS chat.
