JL4 Contact Page: Account Help Goes to the 24CS Chat
Before you look for a mailbox on this page, know that there is not one. This site publishes no e-mail address and no phone number, and it has no form, chat or inbox of its own. What it does have is a clear answer for each kind of problem you might bring.
Account, deposit and login problems
This site cannot see your account, your balance or your payments, because it is not the JL4 operator and holds no data about you. The writers of these pages cannot reset a password, release a deposit or change a withdrawal. Those problems belong to the lobby.
The lobby shows a customer-service chat labelled 24CS, and that chat is the place to go. It sits alongside Telegram, a Telegram Channel, a WhatsApp Channel and Facebook in the support options the lobby displays to a visitor who is not signed in.

A mistake on one of our pages
Pages here are written from what the lobby showed on 25 September 2026, from PAGCOR’s pages and from the statute texts. If a figure or a description has changed since, the lobby’s shelves, notices or addresses may be the reason, because the lobby host changes and its game shelves rotate.
There is no mailbox for page-error reports yet. Corrections are made when the lobby is next read, and the page is updated at that point. If a page and the lobby disagree today, trust the lobby’s own screen for anything about your own play.

Searching for a JL4 phone number or e-mail address leads to pages that have no connection to the lobby. Be wary of any number or address that claims to be JL4 support, particularly if it asks for your password, a one-time code or a payment.
