Licences the studio holds

Pragmatic Play is on record as having held Malta Gaming Authority, UK Gambling Commission, PAGCOR, but those are historical and no longer current. Holding a studio licence is a different matter from holding an operator licence: it applies to the company building the games and not the casino hosting them, so a player seeking recourse goes through the operator’s regulator and not the studio’s.

• UK Gambling Commission — On the UKGC public register, Pragmatic Play (Gibraltar) Limited appears as account 56015 with licence 056015-R-332216-005, and the entry is active.
• PAGCOR — historical, and no longer current — Pragmatic Play let the world know about its PAGCOR offshore gaming licence when it announced it in September 2016. That entire framework is now gone in the Philippines: PAGCOR confirmed the cancellation of all offshore licences, which were required to expire by 31 December 2024. People keep quoting the 2016 announcement as though current, and it is still online. It is not.
